Ecommerce Fulfillment Coordinator

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

Our ecommerce business is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our growing warehouse team! 

We are seeking casual Online Fulfilment team members to join our Adelaide warehouse team. This role primarily involves working with the fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of online orders and perform general warehouse tasks. 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

Ecommerce Order Fulfilment (Casual)

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Picking and packing orders with key focus on accuracy and timely fulfillment 
• Process returns and exchanges 
• Answer customer queries in timely manner and resolve any issues. 

Stock Management

• Assisting with incoming inventory receiving
• Organise stock deliveries to store network 
• Conduct regular stocktakes with key focus to prevent oversell of best sellers due to inventory inaccuracy. 
• Unpacking and sorting of regular deliveries to warehouse. This will include some heavy lifting such as unpacking containers and moving stock around warehouse. 

General Duties

• General organisation of warehouse
• Plan and coordinate movement of inventory between stores and main warehouse
• Monitoring of warehouse email and actioning any stock requests from 

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate?

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential. If you have limited experience, an ability to learn new systems quickly is essential. 
• Availability to increase hours from mid November to mid December, specifically 
• Self motivated and high attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining high standards in accuracy is essential. 
• Excellent communication skills
• Extremely well organised and process driven
• Experience in Shopify, Shipstation, Zendesk and Lightspeed preferred but not essential
