How do I return an item?

How long will my parcel take to be dispatched?
Our warehouse team always do everything in their power to get your items to you as quickly as possible, but please allow 1 - 3 days for your order to be dispatched.
During sale periods, some orders may take up to 7 business days to dispatch.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your purchase has been posted. If you don’t receive one or have any queries, please email contact@serafina.com.au.
What’s your sizing like?
Our sizes range from 6-20 (XS-XXXL) and will specify if an item is a small or large make.

How do I purchase a gift voucher online?

Once you have purchased your gift card online, you will receive an email which confirms your purchase. Your eGift card will be emailed to you or at the delivery time you have specified.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available online and in store.
