How do I purchase a gift voucher online?
-Gift Cards can be purchased from the main menu on the home page of the website under Gift Vouchers. Once you have purchased you gift card online, you will receive an email which confirms your purchase. An eGift card will be emailed to you within 24hours. If you require the voucher immediately please contact our Marion store on (08) 8296 1498 for further assistance.
How do I use my gift voucher online?
eGift Card – to use an eGift card online, simply enter the code at the bottom of the gift card into the “gift card or discount code” space on the top right of the screen at the checkout and hit apply. If you have any issues, please email email@example.com
Physical Card – to use a physical gift card online, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the gift card number on the back of the card. We will activate this online for you to use as soon as possible and advise you via email confirmation.
How can I arrange a return or exchange on an item I have purchased online?
To exchange an item please email us at email@example.com and we will arrange an exchange for you. Another option is to visit one of our stores to complete the exchange.
Where a refund is needed, you can return the item to:

Please send and email to firstname.lastname@example.org advising us of the return and the refund will be issued once the item is received. Postage is at the cost of the customer. Alternatively, you can visit one of our stores. Please note there is no in store refund. You will get a refund via the means of purchase.
How do I select the correct size?

How can I use my loyalty dollars online?
-To use your loyalty dollars online please email firstname.lastname@example.org with loyalty code which is on the back of your card. To earn loyalty dollars when purchasing online please use the same email address as the one you initially registered as a loyalty member.
