Online Returns
At Serafina, your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns for all full-priced items within 30 days, provided the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags still attached.
If you'd like a refund to your original payment method, return shipping is offered at a flat fee of $15 per return (Australia only), which will be deducted from your refund.
Prefer something else? Opt for an exchange or store credit and enjoy free return shipping.
Once we receive your return, our returns team will aim to process it within 2–5 business days.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings and undergarments.
For our New Zealand Customers
We’re currently working on a solution to offer return labels at a fixed cost. This option is expected to be available by early June. If your return window expires before then, please contact our team, we’ll be happy to extend it until the new labels are ready.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Full-priced items can be exchanged within 30 days, as long as they are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. Simply lodge your request through our online returns portal and follow the steps for an exchange. Exchange orders will be shipped with standard shipping.
Sale Items
Items marked 30% off are eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with our standard returns policy.
Items marked 40% off or greater are final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit unless the item is faulty.

Prefer to return your online purchase in person? Simply ensure your item meets the guidelines of our Returns Policy and drop by your local Serafina store, where we can assist with refunds, exchanges, or store credits.
