Online Returns

At Serafina, your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns for all full-priced items within 30 days, provided the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags still attached.

If you'd like a refund to your original payment method, return shipping is offered at a flat fee of $15 per return (Australia only), which will be deducted from your refund. 

Prefer something else? Opt for an exchange or store credit and enjoy free return shipping. 

Once we receive your return, our returns team will aim to process it within 2–5 business days. 

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings and undergarments.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Full-priced items can be exchanged within 30 days, as long as they are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. Simply lodge your request through our online returns portal and follow the steps for an exchange. Exchange orders will be shipped with standard shipping.

Sale Items

Items discounted at 30% or 40% off are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. They are not eligible for a refund, unless deemed faulty. 

Items discounted at 50% off or greater are "Final Sale" and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credits unless deemed faulty.
