1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Serafina ("Promoter").

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, contractors and anyone directly involved in the administration or promotion of the competition, together with their immediate family members.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens at 9am on 26/08/26 and closes at 04/09/26 9am.

Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must:

- Complete the online competition entry form;

- Provide their first name, email address and mobile number; and

- Submit their entry before the competition closing date.

Entry is free.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive a prize package for themselves and one nominated friend, including:

- Return flights to Adelaide for two people;

- One night's accommodation at Hotel Alba;

- Two tickets to the Serafina x Nat Angel Sip & Shop event;

- Two tickets to the Nat Angel Secret VIP Meet & Greet;

- A $250 Serafina voucher for the winner; and

- A $250 Serafina voucher for their nominated friend.

The total prize value is $3000.

Flights are subject to availability and applicable airline terms and conditions.

Accommodation is subject to availability and the hotel's booking terms and conditions.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

6. Event Dates

The prize is specifically linked to the Nat Angel x Serafina events taking place in Adelaide on Thursday 10 September and Friday 11 September 2026.

The winner and their nominated guest must be available to attend the relevant events on these dates.

If the winner or their nominated guest cannot attend the events on the specified dates, the Promoter may, at its discretion, redraw the prize.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

The draw will take place at 12pm on 04/09/26 at 33 King Street Norwood 5067.

The winner does not need to be present at the draw.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address and/or mobile number provided at the time of entry.

The winner must respond within [7] days of being notified to claim the prize.

If the prize remains unclaimed after this period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Prize Conditions

The prize is subject to availability.

The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included above, including travel to and from the winner's departure airport, meals, travel insurance, additional accommodation, personal expenses or other incidental costs.

The winner and their nominated guest are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary identification and documentation required for travel.

10. Changes to the Prize

If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

11. Personal Information

By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting the entrant if they are the winner and otherwise managing their participation in the promotion.

Where the entrant separately opts in to receive marketing communications, their email address and mobile number may also be used to send marketing communications from Serafina.

Marketing communications will include an option to unsubscribe or opt out in accordance with applicable law.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform used to promote the competition.

13. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.

The Promoter's decision regarding the competition and the selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.

14. Acceptance

By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
