Online Refunds (product returns)

If on receiving your online order, you decide that it is not right for you, you can return it within 60 days to receive a full refund of the products original purchase price (excluding postage charges).*

To return the item for refund, the item must be returned in it's original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging, along with a copy of the purchase order receipt.

Refunds are only applicable to online orders and do not apply to sale items. All refund will be processed back onto your original payment method. 

* For hygiene reasons, we cannot except exchange or returns on earrings.
