I have bought 5 or 6 of these shirts now and I would definitely recommend sizing down - 1 size for a comfortable fit, and 2 sizes for a fit that you can tuck into work pants or skirts. Excellent thick material, great for under suit jackets too. Can tend to stretch out a bit at the bottom after a while.
