At Serafina, our mission is for you to be happy with every purchase you make. However, we understand that sometimes your items might not be quite right, and in that case, please read below on our returns and exchange policy and procedure of returns.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All full priced items are eligible for a full refund or exchange. The includes one-off promotions. This does not include final sale items.

Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings and undergarments.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return, simply fill out this form and enclose it in a parcel bag along with the item(s) to be returned. Please ensure to send the items back to us within 30 days at the following address:

Bear in mind that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage & will not be reimbursed by Serafina - unless the reason for the return is an error on our part, such as delivering the wrong size/product or a manufacturing defect. In this case, we will refund the amount via the original payment method used for the order. In case of credit notes, they will be issued as a Serafina Gift Card via email, valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Our team aims to process all returns & exchanges within 2-5 business days upon receipt at our warehouse.

CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBLE RETURNS

To qualify for a refund, online credit note, or an exchange, your return must meet the following criteria:

    • Received within 30 days of your order.
    • The item must be new and unworn with all original tags and labels attached.
    • It must not be a sale item, final clearance item, earrings, or an undergarment.
