When does the sale start?
Our Black Friday Sale starts on Wednesday 15th of November at 7pm ACDT online and Thursday 16th November at 9am ACDT in stores.
What's on sale?
Everything is on sale!
Can I use a discount code or my Serafina loyalty points during the sale?
Discount codes and redemption/accruing of your loyalty points won't be applicable during our Black Friday Sale.
Do I need to use a Black Friday discount code?
Nope! Everything on our website will be on sale and will automatically be reduced.
Can I return items during your Black Friday sale?
You definitely can return and exchange your items. However, items marked 50%-70% off are NOT eligible for exchange or return.
IN-STORE please note: Items that are 30% off are not eligible for a refund and can ONLY be exchanged or issued a store credit. Items marked 50-70% off are final sale.
Is the sale also in stores?
Sure is! Please keep in mind stores hold limited stock so we suggest shopping online so you don't miss out!
Are my items reserved in the cart?
Stock is limited and sells out quickly during Black Friday, so we can’t hold your items in your cart until your payment has been confirmed.
What if my item is faulty?
If you have a faulty item, please contact our wonderful Customer Service team and we will help you to arrange a full replacement or refund.
How do I return an item?
If you have an item that needs to be returned for exchange or refund, please post this to SERAFINA - 31 King Street, Norwood SA 5067. Please note we do not refund your return postage cost, unless there has been an error on our part or a fault with the garment received.
Where do you ship to?
We have free shipping Australia wide for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 in Australia incur a flat fee for shipping of $11. We also ship internationally at a flat rate of $30.
What’s your sizing like?
Our sizes range from XS-XXL (size 8-18/20). Where a garment is either a small or large make, we will specify this in our product description for the individual product. If in doubt email email@example.com and we will be more than happy to help you.
Will shipping be delayed?
With the high volume of orders we expect to see, as well as the increase in packages in our courier network during the Black Friday Sale period, shipping delays may be expected. Rest assured that our team is working around the clock with our delivery partners to ensure that you get your order as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your purchase has been posted. If you don’t receive one or have any queries, please email email@example.com
I’ve sent a support enquiry, when should I expect a response?
Our Black Friday Sale is seriously big, so we’re expecting to see a large increase of enquiries during our sale period. Our dedicated customer support team will be working tirelessly to answer all of your enquiries, but please allow 2-5 days for a response.
How long will my parcel take to be dispatched?
With an influx of orders, we will be sending your order out as quickly as possible! While we’ll be doing everything in our power to get your items to you as quickly as possible, some orders may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.
In the case of stock levels and product transfers - your order may be split depending on stock levels.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available online and in store!
What happens if you oversell or I purchase an item that is out of stock?
Sometimes this is unavoidable due to many of people checking out at the same time. You will be notified via email if this is the case and a refund will be issued to you. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for this to reach your account.
