How do I return an item?

Please fill out this form, place form in a parcel bag with the returned item/s. Return must be made within 30 days and sent to: SERAFINA, 31 King Street Norwood, SA 5067

  • Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Serafina, unless the error is Serafina's fault (eg. wrong size/product sent or manufacturing fault)
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used to place the order. Credit notes will be issued in the form of a Serafina Gift Card via email & are valid for 3 years from date of issue.
  • We aim to process all returns & exchanges within 2-5 business days from when they are delivered to our warehouse.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

To receive a refund, an online credit note or an exchange, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • must be received within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • must be new and unworn with all original tags and labels attached.
  • must not be a sale, final clearance item, earrings, or an undergarment.

How do I purchase a gift voucher online?

Once you have purchased you gift card online, you will receive an email which confirms your purchase. An eGift card will be emailed to you within 24hours.

What’s your sizing like?

Our sizes range from 6-18 (XS-XXL) and will specify if an item is a small or large make.

How long will my order take to arrive?

How can I track my order?

Our dedicated customer support team will be working tirelessly to answer all of your enquiries, but please allow 2-3 days for a response.

How long will my parcel take to be dispatched?

While we’ll be doing everything in our power to get your items to you as quickly as possible, some orders may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.
