Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

If you have received a gift card and would like to use it online please email us at contact@serafina.com.au with your gift card number.

Our friendly team will get that activated for you straight away. 

You can select gifts up to the value of the voucher or above the value of the voucher- in which case you will need to make up the difference with an additional form of payment.

Treat a voucher like cash. Defaced, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.

Gift vouchers will be void and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date (3 years expiry on all vouchers). Any unused balance on expiry will not be refunded or credited. Cash will not be given on any unused balance. Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions of use at any time.
