Eligibility for Double Points: To earn double points, you must place an order without using an existing rewards voucher.

Applicable Items: Double points can be earned on any full-price item. Please note that sale items are excluded from this promotion.

Exclusions: Points and vouchers cannot be redeemed on sale items or at our Outlet store located at Harbour Town.
Points may take up to 1 hour to be added to your account. If points haven't been added after an hour please email our customer support team at contact@serafina.com.au with your loyalty account email and we will get the points added for you.
