I think this is so easy to pop on and go. I bought online and found it to be lighter weight than I envisioned but grateful as it will be able to be worn into spring and summer. I bought a 14 and fits well - I do have shorter arms so cinch those up and the shoulder pads do hang slightly further over shoulder than I feel they should but overall a comfy fit.

Love this blazer! Bought it with the matching pintuck pants and initially thought it was a bit oversized for me.
